Hi, I’m Sophie! I’ve always believed that the best photographs come from feeling comfortable, genuinely known, and completely yourself. That’s why I don’t want to simply show up on your wedding day, take beautiful photos, and send you on your way. I want to know you, hear your story, and become someone you genuinely enjoy having by your side throughout the entire process.
From our first conversation to the wedding day and beyond, I’m here to make the experience feel easy, personal, and fun. I love becoming friends with my clients, celebrating the little things with you, helping you feel confident in front of the camera, and being a calm presence when the day gets busy. My goal is for you to walk away with beautiful photographs and a photographer who feels a little more like a friend than a vendor.

At Soph Fulk Photo, I believe the best photographs are the ones that bring you right back to how the moment felt. My approach is candid, intentional, and deeply rooted in the in-between moments—the laughter, the happy tears, the way your people look at you, and all of the little details that make your wedding uniquely yours. I want your gallery to feel genuine and effortless, never overly posed or staged, while still creating beautiful imagery you’ll be proud to have hanging in your home.
My editing is true to tone with a refined use of color, allowing the natural beauty of your day to shine through. I love rich, bold pops of color, beautiful light, and true-to-life skin tones, creating a gallery that feels vibrant yet timeless. Every image is thoughtfully crafted to look as beautiful years from now as it does today—honest to the moment, intentional in its composition, and unmistakably you.

STEP 02
consult call
Next, you and Sophie will hop on a 30-minute consultation call to get to know one another, talk through your wedding day, explore the collections, and chat about what working together could look like. This is a chance to ask questions, share your vision, and make sure SFP feels like the right fit for you.
STEP 03
book, contract, deposit
If you decide that Soph Fulk Photo is the right fit to photograph your wedding day, the next step is making it official! You’ll sign your wedding contract, submit your $1,000 non-refundable retainer, and begin planning your complimentary engagement session. From there, you’re officially an SFP couple—and I’ll be here to help you every step of the way.
STEP 04
make all the photo magic happen!
Once you’re officially an SFP couple, it’s time for the fun part! We’ll start with your engagement session, followed by your wedding day, where we’ll document all of the moments you’ll want to remember forever.
Then comes the best email—the one with your full wedding gallery! Within 8 weeks of your wedding day, your beautifully edited images will be delivered to your private online gallery, ready for you to download, share, print, and enjoy for generations to come.

Every couple receives a one-hour planning call, personalized vendor recommendations, planning guides, and intentional timeline guidance to help your day flow seamlessly. You’re never left to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help make the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable.
6-8 week delivery
Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks of your wedding day, beautifully curated and edited so you can relive every moment for years to come.

At Soph Fulk Photo, you have the option to choose between having Sophie as your lead photographer or booking one of our SFP Associate Photographers. Our team of four associates are trusted, professional photographers who have been carefully vetted and personally trained by Sophie. They regularly work alongside her on wedding days, bringing their own experience and personality while staying true to the intentional, candid, and true-to-tone approach that defines SFP.
Whichever experience you choose, you can expect the same thoughtful communication, intentional planning, and seamless care from the moment you inquire through the delivery of your final gallery. The difference simply comes down to who is leading your photography team on your wedding day.
Our two offerings
The traditional Experience
Starting at $6,200.
When you book a collection with Sophie, Sophie personally photographs your wedding day as your lead photographer. This is the perfect choice for couples who are drawn to her approach, personality, and artistry—and who want to build a genuine relationship with their photographer along the way.
From your first conversation to timeline planning and, of course, your wedding day, Sophie will be by your side. She’ll get to know you, understand what matters most to you, and capture all of the meaningful in-between moments with an intentional and personal approach. By the time your wedding day arrives, you won’t feel like you’re being photographed by a stranger—you’ll feel like you have a friend there to celebrate it with you.
The associate experience
Starting at $3,750.
Our associate collections are a wonderful option for couples who love the Soph Fulk Photo style and experience while looking for a more accessible investment. Your wedding day will be photographed by one of our trusted SFP Associate Photographers—professional photographers who have been carefully selected and personally trained by Sophie to capture your day with the same intentional, candid, and true-to-tone approach that defines SFP.
While your associate photographer is behind the camera on your wedding day, Sophie personally edits every image from every associate wedding. This means your final gallery will still have the signature SFP look, with true-to-tone color, refined editing, and the same attention to detail you can expect from a wedding photographed by Sophie herself.
From planning to gallery delivery, Sophie remains involved behind the scenes to ensure everything feels seamless and intentional. You get the SFP experience, the SFP editing, and the SFP artistry—just with one of our trusted associates behind the camera.

intead of adding on, here's 3 ways to eliminate costs from these packages....
remove the second shooter from the romeo or eclipse package
You’ve probably heard that having a second shooter is important on a wedding day. And while I agree they’re a great addition, I’ve photographed plenty of weddings completely on my own — and I’m confident doing so.
I shoot with multiple cameras for built-in backups and different perspectives, and after years of photographing weddings professionally, I’ve learned how to anticipate moments, multitask, and keep up with the day even when I’m flying solo.
A second shooter is nice to have, but not always necessary. If you’d rather skip the second shooter, remove them from any package and save $500.
Unfortunately, a second shooter is required at ALL associate weddings.
Adios, engagement session
Maybe you’ve already had engagement photos taken, or perhaps they just aren’t your thing. That’s totally okay! You can remove the engagement session from your package and save $400.
Getting married Jan 2nd-April 15th? Enjoy off season discounts!
Weddings taking place between January 2 and April 15 can enjoy $750 off any package with Sophie as the lead photographer.

are you hosting a destination wedding outside of indiana, ohio, michigan, pennsylvania, or kentucky? If so, the eclipe, romeo, or all inclusive packages remain consistent with personalized travel fees added.
