01. How do we book you for the wedding?
All couples looking to book a wedding with Soph Fulk Photo must first inquire. This can be done through the inquire tab on this site. Next, you will hop on a 30 minute consult call with Sophie to ensure you're a great match! After that, you sign a contract, accept your invoice, and your wedding date is confirmed!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! Sophie will travel all over the world for your wedding. In 2025, she's headed to New Orleans, Maryland, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Sophie's favorite destination wedding thus far was in Colorado. If you're looking into a destination wedding, be sure to inquire with Sophie ASAP to ensure she has your date available!
03. Do you offer film photography or super 8?
At this time, Sophie does NOT offer film photography or Super 8 packages. All of our images are shot and delivered in digital format. Stay tuned, maybe these services will be offered in the near future?!
04. Do you offer engagement sessions with packages?
Yes! ALL wedding packages come with an INCLUDED wedding engagement shoot. Engagement sessions are typically shot twelve months prior to your wedding to ensure that you have plenty of time to create and send invitations! Engagement sessions can be subtracted from a wedding album at a fixed amount.

Our prices range from 4k-10k depending on the amount of services you're interested in, length of wedding day coverage, and unique services such as film, content creation, and specialized albums.

Every wedding collection includes a professional second photographer, regardless of which package you choose. This experienced photographer works alongside Sophie to capture a wider range of perspectives, ensuring your final gallery is rich with varied angles, candid moments, and meaningful details.
For select, more all-inclusive collections, a third photographer may also be included to provide even more comprehensive coverage of your day.
an included engagement session with every package!
Every wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session, regardless of which package you choose. These sessions are typically scheduled 8–12 months before your wedding date, allowing plenty of time to use your images for save-the-dates, invitations, and wedding stationery.
If you decide an engagement session isn’t the right fit for you, the value of the session may be deducted from your package total.

Every Soph Fulk Photo wedding package comes with a complimentary engagement session—and that’s 100% intentional.
We believe the best wedding photos come from a place of trust and connection. Your engagement session gives us the chance to hang out, get to know each other, and ease into the experience of being in front of the camera—before the big day arrives. It helps you feel comfortable, confident, and totally yourselves when your wedding day comes around. It’s also the perfect time to celebrate this sweet season of your life—just the two of you. No timeline, no pressure, just real moments, a little laughter, and maybe even a golden hour glow.

STEP 01
Inquire via website
To start the process of booking with Soph Fulk Photo, you'll first want to inquire via the inquire tab on this website! Be sure to list all of the most important details so that Sophie can provide thorough information and details in her response. Plan to hear back 48 hours from the time you inquired!
STEP 02
Hop on a consultation call
Consultation calls range between thirty minutes and one hour. These calls, hosted via Google Meet, give you the opportunity to meet Sophie and determine if the photographer will be a good fit! Learn more about packages, current discounts, and the process of which your photos are taken and enhanced!
STEP 03
decide your wedding package & pay deposit + Sign Contract
Following your consultation call, Sophie will send a quote, contract and confirmation of your wedding date. This is where you'll have the option to move forward with SFP's services. Once the deposit is paid and contract is signed, Soph Fulk Photo is officially your wedding photographer!
STEP 04
Plan engagement photos!
When you are officially an SFP client, you'll receive access to tall of the SFP planning, posing, and vendor recommendation guides. After looking through those, you'll plan an engagement session! These are often 1-2 hours, 1-2 locations and 1-2 outfits!
Attend one hour planning call two months prior to your wedding

Two months prior to your wedding date, you & the photographer will hop on a one hour planning call. During this call, Sophie will review your timeline for the day and determine what your ideal photos are at each part of the day. You'll review Pinterest boards, inspiration, and provide the photographer with crucial information about your day!

It's Wedding Day! All payments have been made, the photographer team arrives and it's time to celebrate and capture YOUR special day!

Three freebie wedding day tips from us to you!
Tip 01
Start crafting a pinterest board and don't be afraid to send it to the photographer!
Grab an empty shoebox, add in all of the items you'd like to have in your flat lay photos. This may include rings, shoes, family heirlooms, perfume etc. This makes it easy for the photographer tp quickly gather items together and create are with your details.

I cannot speak for other photographers, but I LOVE when brides send over a Pinterest album to give examples of what they love in posing and imagery! it gives us a great idea of the photos you're loving and how you envision your final album.

ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF IN THE WEDDING PROCESS
Planning a wedding is no easy task. If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't be afraid to be honest with your vendors. Tell them you need to postpone a call or add a family member onto the call so they can help delegate some tasks! We understand how hard it can be and want to support you as well!
